Voted rider of the 20th century by the FEI, Sir Mark Todd is eventing royalty. Having won gold medals at the Los Angeles (1984) and Seoul (1988) Olympic Games, won the Badminton Horse Trials on four occasions, the Burghley Horse Trials five times, gold medals at the World Championships in 1990 and 1998, plus various other international events both individually and in team, his results speak for themselves.

He’s the first New Zealander to have competed in six Olympic Games, and holds the record for the longest gap between first and last Olympic medal, of 28 years.

Ludwig currently has his horses stabled at Mark’s yard where he gets to soak up all the knowledge going around the yard on a daily basis.
